Gotta love virtual machines. Seeing as I don't own a Mac and it's really no fun to try and develop applications on a computer that doesn't belong to you, I did the next best thing, run a virtual machine! VMWare allows one to run "virtual operating systems" so you can still run Windows but in another window have a whole other operating system running. In this case the other OS was Mac OS X 10.5.5 which is required to run the IPhone SDK.
The virtual machine is a bit slow but we'll see how things go. I may just cave and go use a computer in the computer lab.
